Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at handheldsforever@gmail.com before the 14-day period has expired. Please include your order number and let us know which item you wish to return.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Return Conditions

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition, including any accessories and other items that were included with the purchase.

You may inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly described, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival or not as described, please contact us at handheldsforever@gmail.com before returning it so we can provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it has been returned in an appropriate condition and that all included accessories and items have been returned.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard shipping option available at the time of purchase. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option is not refundable.

The cost of returning the item to us is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly described.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us at handheldsforever@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products are not affected by this returns policy.
