We currently ship within the European Union only.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully inspected, securely packaged and dispatched within 1-3 days.

Each order is safely packaged to help protect your console and other items during transit.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Any estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at handheldsforever@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and the item.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address after an order has been placed.

We currently ship to destinations within the European Union only. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
