These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Handhelds Forever online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products
Handhelds Forever primarily sells used and refurbished handheld gaming consoles and related products.
Each product is individually inspected and tested before being listed for sale. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to accurately represent the condition of each item.
As used products may show signs of previous use, any significant cosmetic imperfections or known functional limitations will be described in the individual product listing.
Product Condition
All used and refurbished products are individually inspected and tested before being listed for sale.
The condition of each product is rated on a 1–10 condition scale, with the rating reflecting the overall cosmetic condition of the product. The condition rating is provided in the individual product listing.
Please refer to the product description and photographs for additional information about the specific condition, appearance and features of each item.
As our products are used or refurbished, signs of previous use may be present. Any significant cosmetic imperfections, modifications, repairs or known functional limitations will be stated in the individual product listing.
Unless otherwise stated, products are fully functional at the time of sale.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before the order is completed.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is subject to availability and may be cancelled if an item is no longer available or if there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or other unlawful activity.
Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Warranty
Some products may include a voluntary 30-day Handhelds Forever warranty.
This voluntary warranty is separate from and does not replace, limit or affect any statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Used and Refurbished Products
As our products are used or refurbished, their condition may vary from item to item.
Any relevant cosmetic condition, modifications, repairs or other notable characteristics will be stated in the individual product listing.

All content on the Handhelds Forever website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and other original material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
